- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a client with State Farm for to many years to even remember. Presently I have my home, my car, my daughter's car and I insure my older sister's condo. I have never put a claim in on my home until two years ago when a Micro Burst hit my street and ripped the chimney off my home and lifted half of the roof. There was extensive water damage due to the downpour of rain for a few days, This was a difficult time for myself and my family. We dealt with State Farm and felt we did not abuse our claim. We even settled for repaisr to only half of the roof when many people told me I should have gotten an entire roof so both sides matched.. .Today I got a letter from State Farm they are dropping me as a cleint due to my claim. One claim and I am dumped. I called my local insurance agent today but never received a call back. I am sure there are many insurance agents out there that will welcome a new customer to insure all my needs.February 21, 2017by Wendy s
